My F-150 decided to quit on me on my way home Friday evening. AAA dispatched Adams Towing to pick me up and asked me where I’d like it towed to. Being unfamiliar with service providers in the area, AAA listed off affiliates nearby, including Modern Automotive Solutions. I rolled the dice and chose them. Shout out to Adams Towing who arrived quickly and was professional efficient. I arrived at Modern Automotive Solutions after 6:00 pm and left my keys in the drop box. Monday morning I had my phone in my had, about to dial when it rang. Modern was calling to ask what happened with my truck. I explained and was told it sounded like a battery issue, but was assured it would be checked and I’d be called back. Not long after, I received another call confirming it was indeed the batter, as well as my alternator. I also received another call confirming emailed estimate of all necessary and suggested services. Within a couple of hours I received another call confirming call that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The pricing was as expected and I was quite happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend Modern Automotive Solutions for any repairs you may need.

They broke things down in a way that someone like me, who is not a car person, could understand. Their communication was second to none and the work they did on the truck was amazing. The truck now runs better than it did before it started having problems. They are hands down one of the most ethical, honest and quality based shops around. We will be bringing both of our vehicles to them for all maintenance going forward, no matter how big or small.

If my car were a person, Modern Automotive Solutions would be its therapist, chiropractor, and personal trainer all in one. I brought my car in so often ( A certain German brand and I should have known better than to purchase) they're practically family. The team here is friendly, honest, and clearly fluent in “car noises.” I might say, “It’s making a thunka-thunka-whir sound,” and they knew exactly what was wrong. I don’t know if that’s sorcery or just experience, but I’m impressed either way. They always fix everything fast, don’t overcharge me, and somehow manage to make me enjoy being at an auto shop. 10/10 would let them touch my car again (mechanically speaking). As of yesterday, I learned they also do pre-purchase inspections on vehicles. Very handy for those of us who get taken in by pretty badging. My Lemon of a car is gone, replaced by a more reliable ( I hope ) brand. I'll probably be seeing less of them, professionally, but I highly recommend them. Really the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop! Tell I sent you, they know who I am....I think my name plate may still be on one of the chairs.....

The best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they explained in detail everything done during my visit. An oil change for my truck was costing up to $125 at other places and it was just under $80 here. They also did a full safety check and inspection on it and made some recommendations for future services, but without any pressure. Very, very highly recommend!
